IT EXPRESSLY RELEASES CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF SHEEPSCOT BOATING AND OTHER RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDES A COVENANT NOT TO SUE, REQUIRES INDEMNIFICATION, AND MAY REQUIRE YOU TO REIMBURSE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND DEFENSE COSTS.

Sheepscot Boating may take photographs or video during rental activities for use on its website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials. Your choice is voluntary. Selecting No will not affect your ability to rent equipment or participate in rental activities. And if you say yes, we promise to do our best to make you look amazing!
