Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase - if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
🕒 Return Window
You’ve got 14 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it’s right for you. Items must be unused and in original condition.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. If an item shows signs of use or damage that happened after delivery, we may not be able to issue a refund. We’ll always communicate with you first if there’s any issue.
🚚 Return Shipping

Except in cases where the incorrect item was shipped, customers are responsible for covering return shipping. (Live within 30 miles of Wiscasset, Maine? Reach out—we may be able to arrange a pickup.)
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different model? Email us! If it’s in stock, we’re happy to exchange it. The same conditions apply as with returns.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?
We can’t accept returns on:

Used boats

Opened accessories (like pumps or valve kits)

Custom or special orders

Items marked "Final Sale" or “Sold as is”
😕 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 5 days of delivery. Email us your order number, a quick description of what’s wrong, and clear photos of the damage, preferably while the item is still in its packaging.
We’ll review your request and make things right, either with a refund or replacement. Please note that damage or wear & tear that appears to have occurred from use/after delivery may not qualify.
📬 How to Start a Return
Email us at info@sheepscotboating.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions within 2 business days.
