We take pride in the quality and durability of our inflatable boats and related accessories at Sheepscot Boating.  We are pleased to offer a Limited Three-Year Warranty on all inflatable boats and a 90-Day Warranty on accessories, effective from the original delivery date.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, recreational use.

Covered defects may include, but are not limited to:

• Faulty seams or bonding

• Valve malfunctions

• Defective factory assembly

If a covered defect arises during the applicable warranty period, Sheepscot Boating will, at its

discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the product (same model or comparable)

• Issue store credit

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from punctures, abrasions, or impact

• Improper storage, maintenance, or care (e.g., UV damage, mold, over-inflation)

• Wear and tear from regular use, including cosmetic damage

• Products that have been modified, misused, or used in a commercial or rental

capacity

• Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized resellers

 

Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a claim under this warranty:

1. Contact us at info@sheepscotllc.com within the warranty period.

2. Include the following:

o Your original order number

o A detailed description of the defect

o Photographs showing the issue and condition of the product

3. We may request that the product or defective component be returned for inspection.  All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by Sheepscot Boating. We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Additional Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• The warranty period is measured from the date of delivery as confirmed by shipping records.

• Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by Sheepscot Boating.
