Customer Cancellations

Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for either:

• A full refund; or

• Rescheduling to another available date or time.

Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable. At Sheepscot Boating's sole discretion, a reservation may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial store credit.

No-Shows

Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without prior notice are considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled launch. Late arrivals may have their rental time shortened or, if necessary, their reservation canceled. Standard rental charges still apply.

Operator Cancellations

Sheepscot Boating reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any rental for safety or operational reasons. If Sheepscot Boating cancels a reservation before launch, customers may choose either:

• A full refund; or

• Rescheduling to another available date or time.
